There are 2 entrances

• The main Entrance
• Development Entrance which will be used during the development phase and afterwards for the skills development centre
• The Gate House is required to control all income and outgoing traffic
• The property is enclosed by Clearview fence

The complex will consist of 20 Foster homes each accommodation 6 to 8 foster children with foster parents

A typical foster home has a size of approx. 250 m2. Such home has 3 bedrooms for the orphans (max 6-8 children) and one bedroom for the foster parents. In addition, a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, pantry and 3 bathrooms.

When the 20 foster home are completed approximate 12 to 160 children require education

The intake age of the children will be from 3 to 6 years.
