Impilo Foster Homes for Aids Orphans NPC started as an initiative of the Lonehill Village church who received the calling to build a foster home This initiative started in 2008 which culminated in:

• The building of two foster homes in Cosmo City
• The formation of Impilo Foster Home for Aids Orphans NPC
